Not dark yet…

Obviously 5 believers showed up at Hyde Park in their boots of Spanish leather, ready to hear you both roll another number. They knew that things have changed but in their hearts they wanted to know that you could both still play like a hurricane. Lo and behold, they listened from Hank to Hendrix and beyond.

Temporarily, like Achilles you made them believe in your words (between the lines of age). No f*!#in’ up they heard only silver and gold and thunder on the mountain. Neil with your heart of gold, and Bob, like a rolling stone. Sometimes you took it down to the wire but mostly they got to thinking tonight’s the night.

And then you were going, going, gone…
